Terms of boarding

We will be pleased to accept dogs for boarding on the following basis-:

All dogs must be inoculated and have the necessary annual booster injections against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza and we suggest you cover against kennel cough.

All dogs should be treated for parasites prior to their stay with us at the kennels.

All dogs vaccinations must be administered within the last 12 months and no later than 14 days prior to arrival. A valid up-to date vaccination card must be produced upon arrival.

If a valid vaccination card is not produced then we reserve the right to (a) refuse to take the dog until your return with the required documents, (b) ask you to call your vets from your mobile so we can speak to them to clarify vaccination status.

In the event that a veterinary visit is needed for your dog whilst staying at Lonlay Boarding Kennels we will use the services of our own appointed vet.  Costs will therefore be added to the owners boarding fees at time of departure or will be billed direct from the vets.

We suggest that you bring your dog's regular food to avoid any stomach upsets.

Please label your belongings, we ask you to keep a record of items handed over and it is up to the owner to ask for them back at their end of the stay.

Every possible care is always taken at Lonlay Kennels, your dogs health and happiness is of the utmost importance to us..
